Job Summary:
 
As the Lead Sales Associate, you are the face of Stretch Zone and the leader within your studio! This role requires you to assist all members and guests as needed and establish a relationship to support member growth and retention while also managing a successful studio. The Lead Sales Associate (LSA) is responsible for the successful operations and financial accountability of all areas of the studio. First and foremost, the LSA’s primary responsibility is to drive membership sales within the studio as well as holding the Sales Associate to the same. Additionally, the LSA orchestrates the delivery of superior customer service, customer satisfaction, and performance relative to your studio’s revenue goals.

Duties required of a Lead Sales Associate include maintaining and reinforcing the positive sales culture of Stretch Zone. At Stretch Zone, we firmly believe in our incredible product and its benefits to everyone.  Therefore, it becomes our responsibility to share this wonderful offering with the world.  That’s how we view sales. But creating a positive sales culture involves more than just selling – we view the business as a whole package.  Everyone is expected to contribute to setting the culture. This culture is part of the foundation of Stretch Zone, and it’s vital to the overall success of each location. This mindset helps us produce incredible sales while providing the very best service and atmosphere for all our guests.
 
What we will accomplish at Stretch Zone:
 
Our goal at every Stretch Zone is to provide a pathway to membership for all guests.  We do this by providing an exceptional experience for everyone that walks through the door. We are working to grow our member base every day, which will allow us the opportunity to change lives through the power of practitioner-assisted stretching. And this is where you come in.  
 
How you will accomplish this:
 
  • Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door with a smile, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing any member concerns. 
  • Lead and coach your Sales Associates and hold them accountable for all daily operations and monthly goals.
  • Driving member retention by following the daily operation guides, great customer service, and consistent follow-ups
  • Lead by example by going above and beyond what is asked of you and supporting and guiding your team daily. 
  • Tracking KPIs so you understand how your studio is performing and assisting the Regional Manager in understanding and tracking all key sales metrics. 
  • Promoting the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and actively working to improve you and your Sales Associate’s sales skills.
  • Protecting the culture of Stretch Zone by supporting team goals and building positive and professional relationships with all members and team members 
  • By ensuring operational excellence!
A Day in the Life 
  • Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready for the first members. You help review the day’s appointments and goals with the team, supporting a positive and focused environment. 
  • Throughout the day, you're the team's go-to resource, offering coaching when needed, checking in on performance, and jumping in to help solve problems.  
  • When new Sales Associates join, you help with onboarding and training, ensuring they feel supported from day one. 
  • Whether leading by example or stepping up when the Studio Manager is off-site, you’re a dependable leader who keeps the studio running smoothly. 
  • By the end of the day, you help close up the studio, celebrate team wins, and prepare for a strong tomorrow. 
Requirements 
  • Experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role is preferred. 
  • Prior experience supervising or supporting a team is preferred. 
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Passion for health, fitness, or wellness!

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
